Usually had good luck with service on my Jeep Grand Cherokee until this last time. This was a more involved service job ($2400) and I felt like the customer service was not as good as when I was just bringing it in for an oil change. I had always worked with Derrek in the past but had someone else this time. It ended up taking five days for the repair. They made no offer to help me with drop off or pick up. I had to run over at lunch to pay my invoice and pick up the key so I could pick up after hours. The service advisor who had called to let me know it was ready couldn't locate the invoice or key so I had to wait for home to track them down. Again, not offering to park somewhere convenient, instead just telling me it would need picked up before gates were locked (couldn't tell me what time that would be). Then when I went to pick up it was blocked by another vehicle and I had to track down staff on site to move a vehicle so I could get out. Within 5 minutes of leaving the lot I had warning lights going off. Due to my work schedule it was two days before I could get back in to have it checked. Sat there for several hours while they looked at it again to find out when they put everything together they cracked a seal causing the engine to not perform properly. It was fixed but again, I had to sit there for several hours with no offer to make it more convenient for me.
While they were doing the first repair I asked them to rotate tires and do an alignment on the vehicle. Now the vehicle pulls to the left! I haven't had time to go in to discuss that with them yet as I work full time!
I'm also having an issue where if I hit a bump in the road my radio changes stations!
Whoever the service technician was who worked on my vehicle is a total idiot who should not be permitted to do anything more than change oil!!!
