  • Hello, This has been a great apartment for five years. Office responds quickly to your calls and requests. They have the best maintenance department that gets the job done efficiently in a timely manner. Microwave broke; brought a replacement the same day! Faucet leaked, put in a new one. AC breaks, they fix or give you another apartment in the meantime if it takes awhile to fix. All in all, there can be problems but they endeavor to take care of them. Outside pools and grounds etc. are well maintained. Best regards,
