  • Went here twice. Sat by the bar. Place is smaller than Sora, but nicer. Service is good. MISO RAMEN is way better than Tonkatsu Ramen. Get this one!!! TONKATSU SHOYU RAMEN was good. Broth and noodles are nice. Only comment is there's not a lot of toppings that comes with the original order - 2 pieces of pork chashu and bamboo shoots, I think. We had to order extra topping of egg. I think next time, I'll also order extra pork chashu. GYOZA is nice. It has a crunch that I like, but still meaty on the inside. Pretty good. Monta and Sora are the only ramen places from Vegas featured on Ramen Festival in LA and Vegas. Rightfully so because both are awesome. (Didn't get to go to Ramen Fest though.) Contrary to other reviews here, my boyfriend and I think that Sora beats them by a tiny bit due to Sora's broth and toppings. I'd say come taste it yourself and you be the judge. It's very subjective after all. I'll probably go here if Sora is full since they're pretty close to each other. Last note: I'll be bummed if I move back to San Diego because we don't have awesome ramen places like this. Tajima sucks! Will have to go to LA to get a good one.
