  • Purchased a pair of Valentino heels at the Nordstrom's at fashion square mall last week. Tried to exchange them for a different pair of higher end shoes that I would wear more often. Talked to one sales rep and a manager. To my understanding they don't exchange designer shoes. Very disappointed due to the fact that no where online or on the receipt does it say this. Not even looking for a return or refund. Just looking for an exchange. Also tried calling and once I was transferred I was hung up on. Super unhappy with the service at Nordstrom.
