  • VIP treatment with Passionate Experts ! Charles and his team sets the bar to a whole new level ! I reached out to this salon through YELP and received a response immediately. My appointment was booked with no issues, and I even received a text reminder prior to my appointment day. BIG PLUS for someone like me as I am always on the run with work ! On the day of, I was greeted immediately when I arrived with a smile and professionalism, I was even offered a bottled water! The salon has a lively feel with upscale modern décor. The waiting area is not your boring average as it is set up to be inviting yet comfortable with plenty of updated magazines offered while you wait. i received a friendly consultation on the history of my hair. I was given suggestions based on what my needs are. The team here even took the extra step to see what I wanted to stay away from. I was able to make my decision with no pressure! I felt so comfortable giving my history without being judged! Now the best part was the service! I did not have one person but two experts working on my hair. Complete VIP treatment ! Again, for a busy person like myself, having two people working on me is impressive. Saves me time and I know they were working hard to get this perfect! In this salon, you are important and not just a number. The color itself did not have a chemical scent. Hair products used for styling were lightweight and you can purchase them. They are also vegan based. I was told they only use what they believe in which to me tells me they are confident with what they use. My color was gorgeous and was EXACTLY what I wanted! My cut was perfect! My length respectfully kept but was given volume to shape the frame of my face. Impressive! I am so glad I found this place ! Appointment already booked for my next visit !
