  • Terrible customer service and management. My company does thousands of dollars worth of business with this store. We bought a $600+ pressure washer with them 6 months ago, bought the extended warranty and the are now telling us we have to pay them another $125 to get the pressure washer back. Franzi is the asst manager, no help at all. I'm so upset and will now be shopping at different Lowe's.
