It's a grocery store so you wouldn't think there would be much to complain about but over the last three years this place has just been a disappointment every time I've run in. The fruit and vegetable area is generally Field with unappetizing things I almost always find something with mold on it or the under match the steps it's on is looking gross. And for some reason fries really over charges for lemons if you want lemons go to sprouts go to Sam's Club don't pay a dollar lemon. Especially when that lemon is very tiny. The deli area has been a disappointment every time I've gone to get fried chicken tenders they're dry overcooked where there's no chicken and just just batter. I think maybe this story is lacking because of the smaller stores and I'm hoping that this is the store they're shutting down for the one that's under construction a little further over on Bell. The meat department seems lacking also and you can never find a butcher. It's funny but I think things generally cost more at this fries then the one down on 32nd street. They don't have a great selection for yogurt. Or coffee creamer that is in coffee mate or whatever other brand that is with the artificial stuff and too much sugar. I wish they carried more milk alternative creamers and more milk alternatives. The setup may just be weird for the store it makes it very difficult to get your dry ingredients and then you're cold ingredients in a timely fashion. No I get that at the grocery store and that there's a lot of food in one place and I'm usually pretty okay with some basic hey that's life and farming. But I don't buy sugar from here because I've seen roaches in the aisle. I've bought corn bread mix that was out of date I've also seen plenty of other things on the shelves that are way past their expiration date some of which are even on clearance. However I was under the impression that if a thing goes bad on the shelf passes its expiration date they couldn't sell it. I could be wrong but just be sure to check the date on your food before you buy it
