  • Great experience with Kris at this store. Let me start by saying that I think the mattress industry doesn't make the process of selecting a mattress easy. There should be standards that can be used to compare mattresses from level to level, brand to brand. Visited two other stores by the competitor you see on every corner and was either not helped by staff who didn't know anything, or had to deal with a pushy sales person trying to steal me to something I didn't want. Kris listened to what I wanted in a mattress, and showed me examples. He explain their construction and helped me understand the differences I could see and feel, and the ones I could not. I did not feel pressured. I asked lots of questions. He was patient with me.
