Tyler knows his stuff when it comes to nutrition, he's very good, and helped me a lot. But his business practices and customer service are HORRIBLE. He auto charged my credit card for months after I stopped using his services. When I discovered this and brought it to his attention to fix it, he gave me a hard time about it and argued with me, and forced me to pay him $37.50 for a service I did not agree to pay for and that he did not make clear he was providing for me. I was a loyal customer who gave him a lot of money and also referred people to him. Needless to say, I will never be giving him another dime or referring anyone else to him. I have since talked to other people who have had bad/similar experiences with him. He does not have a good reputation in the local body building community.
