I went to a yin flow class that was actually just a laying on the ground in different positions, no "flow." It could be my fault in that that's what could be expected, but I've been to other yin classes that were more active and engaging.
But I'm keeping my review to the teacher -- It's not professional to start class sipping from a to-go cup and announcing that you aren't good at this type of yoga or at knowing your lefts from your rights. ? At the end of class she went area and did adjustments on the head and neck area, and her hands smelled like garlic pizza. :/
Positive notes: The studio is cute, small, and clean. I just had a poor experience with this one teacher.
