| - First time archery tagging. Was here for a birthday party. Overall, a great experience with attentive and enthusiastic staff who take lots of pics for you, protective arm bands included, and face masks that are disinfected. You get a 20-30 minute lesson at the beginning which is really helpful. Then the rest of playtime on the field. There are a number of different games that they rotate you through.
My only negative point is that I was told over the phone that it is 10% off for a group of 10 or more, but they also said it's best if people register for themselves individually. I asked how that would work to get 10% back and the girl told me that it's not a problem, they would refund us cash when we got there. It never happened, which was disappointing. The guy that was there said we needed some sort of promocode for this, even though the girl on the phone clearly didn't say that when I asked her explicitly. In any case, he said we could all get a popcan for free, which is worth less than 10% but better than nothing. Should probably make that deal clearer or just make it a free 1-2 popcans since it's kinda hard to give everyone $2.48 back when they arrive, practically speaking.
Would recommend this to anyone up for an adventure and some exercise though! :)
Update: Thanks Sam for resolving the above so promptly! I didn't expect that at all and I think your responsiveness is a sign of a great business. I have updated my review from 4 stars to 5 stars as that is what this kind of business deserves! Thanks again, Archers Arena!
