  • We utilized Marley for my son's smash cake (1st birthday) professional photo session and as you know that is VERY important birthday. She and I spoke on the phone and also via email in regards to how the cake design would be and the taste/ingredients of the cake. She was making a healthier version of a typical birthday cake and assured me that she had experience in making; in fact she sent me exact pictures of the style of cake and design I could choose from. I selected the cake via her options and I sent her emails back and forth up until days leading up to the scheduled photo session where I sent two different emails and she never responded to them. The day arrived and the cake was......APPAULING! Nothing like the pictures and it was a simple cake with sprinkles. I was disappointed to say the least. I have since emailed her and she has yet to respond and I am beside myself that she considers herself a professional baker. Find someone else to create a simple cake for your most cherished events. Indeed you will be disappointed.
