  • I went in yesterday before work. Wanted to see about trading in my civic for a CR-V. However, I was at the dealership, I was first outside for 30 mins looking at the vehicles. Hoping to choose one out. Then went inside for another 40 mins, sat, got water and cooled off while I was talking on the phone with my fiancĂ©. I walked around that place for an additional 20 mins inside, staring at 5 diff men not doing anything but standing and talking to each other. All that time, an hour and half. Not a single time did any of those douche salesmen come speak to me or even greeted me. The worst experience ever!!! Only plus side was that they had cold water!!! Never again will I go to this location. Btw, Honda West, learn to train your staff so you don't keep losing all these dam customers and sales! Teach them not to be a douche and train them on some dam customer service and care!!!
