  • I visited this store in August of 2013. I found a pair of earrings I liked that were on sale and purchased them. When I got them home (another city) they did not match the necklace I wanted to wear them with so I emailed to find out how to return them. I was told that since they were on sale I could not return them. No where on the receipt or the item did it say that they were final sale. The manager finally consented to taking them back. I mailed them to the store with a copy of the receipt. She told me that a check would come from the corporate office. That was a year and a half ago. I have emailed every couple of months and gotten no response. So not only do they have my money but they have the earrings to.....so I'm out double my purchase. Obviously they must do so much business that they feel like they can alienate customers. I have not been in a Brighton store since.
