  • Had lunch on the beautiful patio yesterday afternoon. The grounds and flowers are spectacular! Large umbrellas provide shade. Our server was very nice and hospitable. My strawberry chicken(?) salad was just ok, the paltry amount of smoked shredded chicken was really unbelievable , for $15??? really it was worth half that. The caesar salad looked hearty with the added chicken (shared with me) but was WAY overdressed. The superfood salad with bacon was a hit and delicious! Lon's is iconic and lovely but a few tweaks to the menu are needed.
