We bought a brand new 2015 Elantra Limited here. I should have known then that this place was a joke, The salesman did not have a clue about the car and I had to return three times because they were too busy to get the paperwork done. After 6 months our rear view camera would stop working every couple of weeks, They made me book an appointment to have it looked at, of course when I brought it in the camera was working so they told me to come back when it wasn't. THIS HAPPENED TWICE before it finally died. So Three visits just to get that fixed. Today my driver seat would not work. It was fully reclined so driving the car was impossible. I called the dealership and told them this, hoping I could come in somehow so they could look at it. I was told I need to make an appointment for a couple of weeks from now. I was so frustrated that I called Hyundai Canada and they called the dealership on my behalf and they still would not bend. I got a call back from the dealership after Hyundai Canada called them and was told bring it in and we'll try to look at it today or tomorrow but if parts are required it might take a week to get it back.
ARRGH!!
So I'm done with this place. I called Hyundai of Burlington and was told I can come in on Monday and it should take 1-1/2 hours to repair. Guess who my new dealership is??
