rev:text	Ladies, this review is so bitter sweet. I had a hard time giving 1 star because I am torn down the middle. I came to this location to get my eyebrows done my Linzy and she was fantastic. She did a great job and was very nice. So, after having a good experience I booked to have a huge service done. Full Legs, underarms, and Brazilian. When I came in for the service I was told I was booked with Sara, so i waited in the waiting room. When she brought me back she seemed very frantic and the first thing she said was " We are definitly NOT doing your legs today, I dont have time....I dont even know why they booked you with me today I dont have time for this". I dont know about you but this is not the way to start off a ALREADY scary service. This was to be my first Brazilian. So I move forward to start my underarms, she looks and immediently says the hair is not long enough and I need to wait another 2 weeks -_- and said that we would have to cancel the service because my hair wouldnt be long enough. Without even checking the brazilian area. I made an appointment at another European Wax Center the same day and they were able to do it NO PROBLEM and no stubble or left behind hair. Sara obviously did not want to have my business and she made it very clear. I walked out of the room and told them I do not want to reschedule and I cancelled all other services I had booked with them. Thank god I found another place. I was very disappointed in sara's service and attitude she has cost her location a customer.
