  • *If I could give this place no starts I would* First off I chose this apartment because I moved from Hawaii, and they were willing to set everyone up with me over the phone & email. Particularly Debbie (the one with the voice that sounds like she sucked up too many helium balloons) is the one who took care of all my arrangements. -Move in day- I arrived, they gave me my keys and I went on my way to find my apartment/parking stall. And someone was in my stall. I called the office and reported it & they said they would get it towed. I called every day, and they took 5 days to remove the car from my stall..5 days!!!! When I got to the door there was a man painting the door. Literally holding a can of shitty brown paint slapping it on the door. So I was like wtf.. Now the whole apartment smelt like paint! My rent for this place was $859 for a one bedroom apartment which was upgraded w/ a fireplace. It had just gotten remolded so I had quite high expectations. After moving my things in I wanting to take a shower & my shower didn't work!!!! I called maintenance and they said they were not able to come that day.. So now I'm all sweaty and gross and can't even take a damn shower. Next thing is when I was using the bathroom.. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall!!! Eventually I irritated the enough to send someone to fix it that day which was good but the point is it shouldn't have happened in the first place. Next is the mirror on the wall in the bathroom was crooked & you couldn't even open the door to the medicine cabinet all the way because it would hit the light on the top of the bathroom mirror. Also the drawers in the bathroom looked broken you would open them and they would just sag downward. So when you have things in there it all falls to the front so it's pretty pointless to even put things in there. Next problem was somewhere down the line the hinge to my room door broke. Literally like one day closing my door & the top screw that was in the hinge just popped out. This is obviously not a well put together place. Not to mention under my kitchen sink was all nasty and would leak. So I had to call someone to fix that too. Also in my bedroom where the windows are some of the moldings were like missing. And later one down the line the towel rack next to the shower broke too. So all and all this place sucks. It's very low quality and not worth the money whatsoever. The residents in this place are also very inconsiderate. Someone in my building smoker weed all the time so it would always smell like shit. You're apparently not supposed to leave your trash outside of your door (because no one comes to pick it up) yet when I open my damn door I see people's trash sitting for days. People drive in the complex blasting their music and it's just ghetto. Also some high school kids told me about the drug dealers that live there so idk if it's really a safe place. All and all don't live here lol it's a waste of money and this place seriously sucks
