  • Terrible. I have never been able to successfully purchase balloons here for any occasion. The wait (after waiting in line) I'm told is at least 45 minutes! I was the only person in line, and they asked "when do you need these?" Um, now? They informed me it would be at least 45 minutes. To inflate 12 latex balloons (for $15 mind you!) unbelievable. Go somewhere else.
