  • I have been trying to get an appointment I paid for since Aug 2. Last week my fourth phone call was finally returned and I was scheduled for 11:00 today. I waited for twenty minutes, called the business number only to be sent to voicemail. I understand people run late and are busy, but when you're running a business, time management is of essence, so is hiring a receptionist.
