  • Watch out!! Shady practices. We worked down to a decent price that we we were happy with. They shook our hands on the deal, had us "bang the gong", took the down payment out of our bank, took our keys, and filled out the paperwork. Then they came back and said they made a mistake and ran the numbers on the wrong car. Said we can have the car for an additional $1500. A similar thing happened the last time I bought a car with them. I gave them the benefit for the doubt the last time, but not this time. I thought I was going to have my first stress-free, positive car buying experience, but that didn't happen. Even if it was an honest mistake, (which it wasn't) then they should have honored the deal they made. Be aware that if you are able to get a good deal, they will probably try to play the shame-faced "I made a mistake" farce on you too. A handshake means nothing at Henderson Hyundai. They lost our future business
