  • I've been so excited to be able to depend on this place for the last couple of months for really great manicures. I'm picky with my nails because I need them to last typically. I've had gel/sns manicures with Kacey and Cristian, both are amazing and do a really really great job. The last time I went in, my nail techs were not available so I tried someone new. It wasn't a "bad manicure" at all, just didn't last a full two weeks like they normally do. I called to check the availability of my Normal tech and was told he had availability, normally I'm told not to make an appointment, and just to come in. So that's what I did. I came in at the time they said he would be free and was told that the tech is busy now and the rest of the day. I was a loyal client here for the past couple of months and now I'll be finding somewhere new... i feel like this could have been easily resolved with communication and better customer service.
