  • Just bought my vehicle here. Overall it was a good experience. The sales person I worked with was 5 stars all the way named Cathy Rios. My fiancĂ© did an online inquiry regarding a vehicle (used Altima) she reached out and at the time I thought I was going through with a purchase of a different one from autonation BMW of Las Vegas so we advised her we were no longer interested. I was treated so poorly at that deal that I ended up not purchasing that day. Cathy called the next day to ask how we were doing and follow up if we ended up purchasing the other vehicle. I'm very glad that she did as we were now interested in the vehicle at ford. They had a newer Altima with less mileage that was a bit out of my price range but she told me not to worry they would get it done for me at the price I needed it to be. Not only a lower car price but a better interest rate as well with my challenged credit situation. Also got the vehicle to be re tinted on the back as it was bubbling bad. She was so sweet and understanding with a great personality. While at BMW I was treated unwanted because of my credit situation here Cathy made sure I was welcomed and worked very hard to get it done for me. If you don't like the typical car sales type of person she is great to work with. She is very young and fairly new but don't let that turn you off especially if you can't stand the typical shark type of sales people. I never felt pressured at all with her and she was easy to talk to regarding everything and has followed up with me even after the purchase. There were a few little things that held it back from being completely 5 star. First, the managers need to back off a little bit on the sales people. Maybe because Cathy was young/new but he was breathing down her neck it seemed regarding our deal. It was not needed as she was doing just fine if anything it was adding pressure where there didn't need to be. Her personality was getting the sale just fine back off a bit. Second, when it came time for the manager to come over for the closing/numbers talk my finance caught a $1400 difference in the numbers from what we agreed to that was said to be a "mistake". Maybe it was but who knows for sure or not. They did correct it. In the finance office I felt that they kind of "snuck in" the $850 gap protection plan. To be fair they did adjust the sale numbers so it barely cost me anything (increased my monthly payment by 2 dollars) so I signed and didn't make a deal of it but they should've just asked me if I was interested as a courtesy. Lastly, when you pull up to the lot your going to have the sharks running to your car wanting to help. This is to be expected of course but they should check the attitudes a bit when they are told you have an appointment or are already working with someone as I was met with snide remarks such as "of course you are" and "well so much for that then". Overall it was good though and I love the car so far.
