  • This W is amazing! Staff is incredible. I brought my mom here for a mother daughter trip for her bday and they treated us like royalty. Sophie and Sandrine are the best concierges in the city. They recommended the best restaurants. They were so thoughtful and sent a bday champagne and cupcakes up to our room. Hotel is in a Great location we walked to most spots (place de armes, norte dame, les enfants terribles rooftop bar etc) Only downside is that we were on the 3rd floor and we could hear music from the club on the 2nd floor all night until 3am.
