  • The agent I spoke with was great, and he answered all of my questions . . . but I scheduled an in-home estimate for today between noon and 2 PM, and they never showed up. I was told I'd receive a courtesy call 30 minutes before they arrived to let me know they were on their way . . . and was never called. They never came. No call to say they were running late -- nothing. For the price (they charge $10-20 more per hour than comparable companies), you'd think they'd actually do something they say they're gonna do.
