I've used their services before when Jeremy worked solely out of his home in Queen Creek and was a satisfied customer. I was thrilled to see a new location located in Chandler!
I called last week to inquire about a battery replacement and stopped in 15 minutes later to have it done. They rent space by appt only out of the Data Doctors store front and no representative was there. That would have been nice to let me know that but I guess I didn't ask either. Ok, no big deal, we can make an appt.
Arrived today for our appt and again no one was there. We waited for about 10 minutes because you know traffic happens. After 20 min, I left 2 voice mails and then send a text message. Finally received a call back saying we did not have an appt on their books and do I want to reschedule? Nope, going elsewhere, sorry guys!
When something like that happens, good business practice to keep an inconvenienced customer would have been a $10 off my repair or something and I would have considered rescheduling.
