  • I'm a new dog mom, so when my 7 month old lab, Ruger, started having some issues, I freaked out. My normal vet (Banfield Pet Hospital) couldn't get him in until late in the afternoon, even though my puppy's symptoms could have been live threatening. I googled vets in the area, and found Prestige. When I called, I was sobbing, being worried that my dog may have contracted Parvo, Terine was very sympathetic, and they got me in within 30 minutes. Lynda was the vet tech that first saw my puppy, and she calmed my worst fears. Dr. Tony came in and reassured me that my puppy was going to be just fine, and that I did the right thing by coming in right away. He explained everything thoroughly and told me that I am welcome back with Ruger any time. Prestige has definitely gotten my business from now on. A big thank you to Terine, Lynda and Dr. Tony!
