Good grief!! I guess it should come as no surprise to me seeing other reviews regarding the lack of customer service skills at this location.
I walked in yesterday and the associate standing by the door just looked at me from head to toe. Probably making all kinds of assumptions about me.
I tell her that I'm looking for the Sephora Airbrush foundation and she just points to the back. Umm.. I think she has a problem speaking
Of course, after finding the section that the foundation is at, I'm stumped at what color might work for me. Not one available associate asks me if I needed help. Interesting! I thought that was part of their job?
Feeling annoyed, I aimlessly wonder around the store & see the associate that didn't greet me & had a speaking problem, putting on makeup. Whoa! She gets paid to put her own makeup on at work? I'm confused!
Anyway, I walked out of the store and make no plans of returning to this location.
No customer service provided, meant a loss of sale.
