The WORST. If you are expecting competency and customer service STAY AWAY from Ice Cube Air. My warranty company sent them. They have been out 4 times (same tech Jerry) since June 2 and I still do not have AC. Ice Cube Air has only reached out to me one time, all other times I had to call and beg for an appointment. They were out on June 13 and the AC quit working on the June 16th. I had to make three phone calls to them just to get them out to my house (Ice Cube Air has no sense of urgency). They finally came out on June 21 and said the reason it wasn't working was that they (Stan and Jerry) over filled the AC on the last visit (so they made a MISTAKE and I had to wait 5 days for them to fix it) then they removed the excess and said it was fixed. Well, not even 24 hours later and the air is blowing out at 93 degrees. I phone Ice Cube Air and Tracey says she will let me know when the tech is available, and probably not tomorrow because he has 8 jobs to do. I would like this entire situation resolved and would hope that Ice Cube Air sends out a supervisor. So June 26 Stan came out (fifth time to the house), he mentioned my first tech Jerry almost had it right he just did not take out enough Freon. Stan never comes in and before he leaves it is blowing hot air again (87 degrees), we catch him at the curb and he goes back on the roof and makes an adjustment and air is blowing cold. No joke, July 3rd blowing hot air again (88 degrees and climbing)..... I am absolutely dreading my warranty company sending Ice Cube Air Inc back out to my house. I am no expert but shouldn't repairs last more than 7 days??
Update on my current situation: Still no working AC (Day 41). Ice Cube Air sent Steve the Senior Tech ( 6th visit) out on July 7 and he determined that the compressor that was installed on June 13th was bad. Today is July 11 and I am still waiting to hear from Ice Cube Air on when they will be out to replace the compressor.
As of July 11, 2017, I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau it was easy to complete and all done on line. This is the first complaint I have ever filed. I strongly encourage using the BBB if the situation warrants.
Coincidentally the day Ice Cube Air received my complaint from the BBB my warranty company denied my claim, even though the warranty company had authorized all "attempted" repairs from June 2 to July 11. I am still without AC and will now have to pay out of pocket.
I am dumbfounded that Ice Cube Air does not seem to care about the quality of the job assigned. Had it been done correctly on June 13th this all would be a non-issue and I would not have to give a negative review and complaint.
