  • We had a waterline break at our Condo and since we have used Sullivan's before I called the office and Maureen was very helpful. The break was taken care of in a timely manner everything neatly put back in place. Rory explained everything to us, everyone at Sullivan's are very professional if we have anymore problems with heating, plumbing or cooling we will always deal with Sullivan's! A family owned business! Thanks again Maureen, Rory, Brad and Jess!
