  • I went it for a skin biopsy. I was impressed with the easy check-in process, the professional medical assistants and the fact that you're pretty much chauffeured around the office and to the pharmacy. What I am not impressed with is the fact that after my biopsy, the PA chose not the cauterize my wound and blood was dripping down my leg while in line at the pharmacy. I went to the front desk, notified the receptionist and a MA took me back and cauterized the wound. Second, I received my biopsy results directly from Sonora Quest the following day, however, the office didn't bother to call me with the results until three weeks later. As a RN, one thing that I know for sure is that patients are very anxious when awaiting test results and having someone call you three weeks later is unacceptable. Luckily, I knew that my problem was not horrible, so I waited for the call. However, I'm sure that there are some very scared and anxious patients out there waiting for a call. I probably won't return.
