  • I hired New Tex to do my front yard landscaping, changing it to desert landscaping. I obtained multiple bids and was able to negotiate what I wanted with this company. They had successfully completed a yard in my neighborhood as well. We decided upon what trees and shrubs to keep and what was to be changed. Now, I will admit that I messed up by not being home during the day of 'demolition' however the owner had reviewed the plan with the crew. When I got home I found that shrubs and mature jasmine had been removed and we're supposed to have stayed!!! Needless to say I was very upset and called Justin immediately. Long story short, the crew 'misunderstood' and took out the wrong things. Justin later met with me to find options to correct the problem. The remainder of the work went well and the corrections were completed in a timely manner and based on my request, the final bill was adjusted. This was a bad situation that the company did work very hard to correct and I greatly appreciate that. My recommendation with this and probably any company doing work in/around your home is that you are there to supervise the work.
