  • I gave Sin Fronteras one star soley based on the lack of customer service that I received. I have been looking for good Mexican food since I moved to Vegas and I thought I found it. Although they are not the fastest restaurant I am willing to wait because the food was good and until yesterday the service has always been friendly. I was the first customer of the day when I placed my order and the person who took my order asked me to give them 15 minutes because the kitchen was just opening. I gave them 20. When I arrived to pick up my food I was told that I was early. I expressed that actually it had been 20 minutes. I was told that I was early in general and the guy continued to express how displeased he was with me . Needless to say I did not feel welcomed nor will I ever return.
