  • I wish there were an option for 0 STARS!!! Last night we took our kids there for the first time. After 7 hours picked them up and our 2 year old had dried snot all over his face from a runny nose. He also had the SAME DIAPER ON!!!. How do I know this...because we wrote his name on all the diapers we took there except the one that he was wearing, and he came home with a diaper on with no name, as heavy as a basketball, and his pants were soaked on the backside. We were told that they would put the kids on mats and watch movies once it got late. We packed there blankets and anticipated that they would be knocked out cold at 11:15 P.M., when we picked them up. However,when I picked them up and they were still running around playing. We will be asking for a full refund and never returning. We feel misled and that my children were neglected, and without appropriate care. Come on 7 hours and no diaper change for a 2 year old. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
