  • Worst massage I've ever had! I guess you pay for what you get (I used a groupon). I showed up about 10 min before my scheduled time to fill out the paperwork. The whole time I was filling out the papers Nicole talked to me about nothing related to the massage. By the time I finished the papers we were already 5 min late into the massage. She walked me into the room to undress. It was dark and I tripped over things. The least she could have done was turn a light on. As soon as she started the massage, she started talking to me. THE WHOLE TIME. I was expecting to be relaxed but instead had to make the small talk with her. Not only did she start late, she ended early. My 60 min massage ended up being 38 min. I was very polite but it seemed like her phone was more important than me. She checked her phone a few times during the massage. Very unprofessional and I will not be returning.
