  • The park is located in a seedy part of Las Vegas and the crime rate is very high, however we never had a problem while living there. The management is ok (big ego, little action)but owners are a greedy lot, increasing lot rents every year on residents with fixed incomes. There are a lot of run down trailers, many of them rentals. The owners don't keep them up. There are a lot of gossiping old women who run the Clubhouse. We are glad to be out of there.
