  • I want to send a quick note letting you know how pleased I am with the service of one of your employees Mike Clark. I made an inquiry online and within 30 minutes received a call from Mike letting me know he can make it over later that day to check out my plumbing concerns. Mike very clearly explained the problems with the plumbing or what I thought were problems and gave me a step by step plan to fix. Also, what I thought could potentially be problems or issues with the plumbing, Mike explained that what I was looking at was normal and there was no need to fix. I don't know many employees that would have done that. Most employees would ask what is the problem, you show them and they fix it knowing it wasn't something that needed repair. I commend Mike and Smith Plumbing for doing things the right way. Honesty, courteous and attentive. Thank you Mike and Smith Plumbing. I will use you in the future and refer you to friends and family when there is a need because I know that I will get an honest answer from your employees and that your company has and always will do things the right way.
