| - Would never shop here again.
Ordered a bunch of furniture, they delivered some and failed to notify us that the rest is "out of stock" until the delivery person informed us. Got ahold of someone at the store, they said they would return our call & never did. As I kept calling, I finally got ahold of someone and asked if they can pull the items from another store in town that does have them in stock, they assured me they would.
A week later, on the delivery date, the delivery people showed up expecting me to be giving them furniture? They said I was on their schedule as a return and would be returning some items.
I called the store numerous times once again, and was told I'd be receiving a call back. No one called me back.
I went to pick up the furniture and assembled it myself, and someone told me they would be refunding my delivery fee in a check.
6 months later, after checking up on this check that was supposedly issued, many people including Gabby the manager assured me they'd return my call & once again never did.
Just called today and another one said that my delivery fee was going to be put toward my account, and when I assured her that no one else had said that before, she said she's going to have to call me back.
LOL I never ever write long yelp reviews but this place sucks so bad I had to take the extra time out of my day!!
Don't ever buy from here customer service is at it's all time low.
