  • I am having mixed feeling about Aliante. I booked a suite here for my parent's 25th Anniversary Party. Our suite was supposed to be ready at 3pm but ended up not being ready until 4:30, so set up for our party ended up being very rushed and stressful. Then they charged us in full for the room twice, causing an overdraft in my account and issues with my bank. I called and they reversed the second charge but it can take 7-10 business days, and I still have to deal with and possibly pay the overdraft fee with my bank. It is a HUGE inconvenience to be without any money for 7-10 business days. The suite we rented was very nice though, and they have great customer service skills. So like I said, mixed feelings.
