Definitely on my top 5 places to eat in Vegas. Whether you go to this one or the OG spot at palace station.. expect a wait. I've waited up to 3 hours (well worth it). Even though a wait is always expected, the service is rapid fire once you're seated. I'm not sure if it was just low staffing during Father's Day, but I was disappointed when it took 15min+ to even get a water and menu.
After we received our drinks and put in our order, every thing was great. Our server was super friendly and attentive. We got oyster shooters to start out with which are so savory they could be a meal in itself. The shooters were followed by gold band oysters, straight from Louisiana. These oysters are so big and juicy, even a dozen looks intimidating. We got shrimp cocktail and lump crab cocktail which are the perfect appetizers. We accompanied it with the Father's Day special crab boil which came with the BEST andouille sausage. For the piece de resistance.. we got my favorite thing on the planet... combo PAN ROAST. It is a rich, creamy, tomato-y base with rice and creole spices with giant chunks of crab, lobster, and shrimp. I didn't get a picture because it is too good to wait! Another favorite of mine is their New England clam chowder. I dream about both regularly.
