The company previously used an app for move-in inspection submission. We completed ours then were told it wasn't received. After some back and forth we were told they had it and we didn't need to do anything further. We renewed our lease and our property manager switched when our other one left the company. Internally, they did not ensure a smooth transition process as they did not share important emails or pertinent repair information with each other. Two years later Upon inquiring about move out procedures we were told we never submitted an inspection and it was a nightmare to get sorted. we received no reassurance or help from our property manager that we would be protected during our move-out inspection. Even with several emails requesting updates and information, our questions were skipped over and intentionally not answered. I finally had to get the home owner involved. We are so thankful We had her contact information from a previous meeting or this company would have tried to take complete advantage of us throughout the move out process. It was only when we insisted on being present for the move out inspection that the property manager voiced his complete understanding of why we were worried and he admitted that their app company was at fault. In person, never through email. Our experience with this management company has been extremely poor not even just with the situation described above, but in all aspects. Mind you, we have been great tenants and kept up with maintaining the property. This review is not the result of a bad tenant scorned for being held accountable. Their soft skills are severely lacking and they do not represent landlords well in how they treat tenants. I do not recommend that homeowners use this management company.
