  • Our technician Scott just left, and I am so happy with the service I had jump on and write this review. From making the appointment, to showing up on time, to assessing and discussing what was wrong and providing us with options for what can be done, to the actual repair everything went smoothly and everyone was very friendly...especially Scott. Scott was the best. We had a lot of questions and discussions and Scott was very congenial and patient and happy to talk through everything with us. Not only that but he was very knowledgable and thorough, yet quick and efficient. Having plumbing issues is never fun, but Scott made it as painless as possible.
