  • Let me first start out by saying if I could give a negative rating I would. This is by far the WORST Safeway I have ever been to. They have expired products ranging from juices, milk, yogurt, cheese and other dairy items. When talking to one of the managers and actually showing them the items they do not seem to care. I went back a week later and the same items were still on the shelf. After this I decided I would drive a little further and shop at Fry's. Tonight I needed a quick grocery run so I decided to go back to Safeway since it was close. There was one cashier and as soon as I got in his line so did about five other people behind me. The manager on duty walked past him and yells out "you're getting a line you should hurry". The lady behind me made a comments when I looked back at her. It wasn't the cashiers fault, no one was helping him. When I got home I was missing a bag. As u drove back to the store I called and spoke with the customer service person. This girl should really not have the title customer service anywhere in her job title. She didn't seem to care and was not helpful. This Safeway needs a complete management change and overhaul.
