  • I fine the whole process of getting service done difficult, but I have to say I am very impressed with the service I received from this company. I call them to take out my old dishwasher and to install the new one. The job was complicated by the fact that the space was small and I could not slide the dishwasher out of the space. The owner said he would send someone over to look at it to try and do the job. Alex contacted me right away and was at my house within a half hour. Keep in mind that this was a Sunday and the weather was terrible. He had to almost take the old dishwasher apart to get it out but he persisted until it did. Then he discovered that the hose that came with the dishwasher was too short and had the wrong coupling. He ended up having to go to HomeDepot twice to get the right parts. It took a while but he got it done. Great service!
