  • I waited to post my review because I asked to please have the manager call me. The manager has yet to call I sent in a request for an appt in line. 30 min later I received a call from the spa. They said they were booked for the rest of the weekend but had availability next Saturday. I set the appointment and could not wait until next Saturday. (I had been a member of Hand and Stone in Goodyear, where I resided. Since then we moved to the east side. I tried Massage Envy, but it's not the same. When I arrived to Hand And Stone, it was busy and the receptionist was frazzled. I provided my name and she said I am not on the calendar for that day. I asked if she was sure because we just made the spot last week. She replied yes and said my spot is not for another 3 weeks. She said that the girl who scheduled made a mistake and to have a good day. I was dismissed. At least I know how they treat their customers
