| - If I could post a 0 star review, it would still be one star too many...
Never before have I had an experience with an owner who's lack of concern for client's well being is overshadowed only by his lack of integrity and lies.
I have been a patient for several months now. I had first come the the facility because I feared that my increasing age coupled with my grueling travel and work schedule had taken its toll on my body and was concerned that my natural testosterone was significantly off. When my test came back, the Dr confirmed that I was well below the healthy guidelines for men my age. I was happy to know there was a solution to my problem but worried that the treatment plan wouldn't realistic since as I said before, traveling takes me away from my hometown of Vegas.
I was assured that traveling wouldn't be an issue and that they have multiple clients who travel or live out of state for extended periods of time and that they could and would mail me my prescription if and when necessary. It was with this reassurances that I purchased the full one-year plan.
Skip ahead several months later and I find myself out of town and going on 3-4 weeks without my medication.
During that time, I have made multiple calls to the office and each time, told that the owner would call me when he gets in...NEVER ONCE DID HE RETURN MY CALL.
In fact the only success I had in getting anything done was, after two weeks of no medication, when I offered an employee that I would cover the next day air cost if they could ship me at least a one week supply (the employee charged me and I did get that one week treatment) but along with that, I was assured that the owner Had in his possession the package he was to send me and that he would indeed mail to me on the following Monday...
skip ahead to the following Wednesday and I still have not received the package or a phone call. In fact, the only information I have gotten was through my call to the office where once again, an employee had to call the owner and ask for the tracking number, only to learn once more that the package was NOT sent on Monday. Lies Lies Lies
What you have here is an owner with a complete disregard for his clients well being. No communication. No professionalism.
The only thing that does work here are the employees. To bad they can't fire the Owner. And since they can't, do yourself a favor and take your $ elsewhere. Where you'll be treated with the respect that should come when you spend significant money for medical treatment.
