  • I have an older Mac. Late 2009. The hard drive went bad. I took my machine to this store regrettably and ever since then, I've had NOTHING but problems. They replaced the hard drive. Twice. The RAM was also replaced. I had to bring it back several times and it's been nothing but a constant annoyance since. Spinning color wheels. Non stop. Just because this place has Mac in the name, don't assume they will not screw up your computer. I regret the day they opened my machine because it's been junk ever since. I'm off to buy a brand new one now because mine is a slow, problematic pain in the ass WITH a new hard drive and RAM.
