  • Until now I have been reasonably happy w this place - I bought a punch card for 10 facials and the aestheticians were all good. Aside from the rude woman who works the front counter it was fine. Today I got a facial and it was really hurried. I mentioned it to the aesthetician and she said since they're closing on December 8th they have changed their policies and facials are shorter. She then made it very clear that the whole thing was pretty sketchy. So I go up to the nasty woman at the desk to check out and she seems annoyed to have to tell me that I'll now have to drive to Summerlin. This will take me a good 45 min each way and I still have 6 facials left on the card I paid for. I told her I was never notified and she just shrugged at me and turned around. I feel sorry for the students who are ultimately the ones getting screwed. If they run the school like they run the salon portion that is pretty sad.
