  • If it was possible to give zero stars that's what I would give this awful company. If you review my yelps, I rarely complain about a company- but this one is a total scam artist. Our home warranty sent our claim to them to repair our double oven as the bottom oven wasn't working and the top one was. The technician arrived, fumbled with our oven then said "oh shit, I f'ed up and now you have no working oven at all." When we asked for invoice stating this, he gave us a blank one and said not to worry another technician would be out to fix it all. Now our home warranty is denying the claim stating that the power supply being ruined is not wear and tear. Mortified we have been calling the company asking to speaking with a supervisor for over two weeks with no call returned. Run from this dishonest company at all costs!! Buying a new oven isn't the end of the world- however the deceit and the fact that they actually made our situation worse is horrible. There are plenty of other reputable repair companies in town- I highly recommend for the sake of your Home or business that you use someone else. *please see their other page that has very similar reviews under the name All Desert Repairs. I can see why they changed their name with all of those horrible reviews
