  • We had a system that had been with the house since it was built so we knew our day was coming and sure enough the temperature went up and our old AC went to a better place. This all happened while I was in San Francisco and my wife was left to deal with everything on her own. That's where Kendall comes in. What a guy. He got us what we needed and had the delivery/installation guys out the next day. He checked in several times during the installation and got up into the attic to make sure that everything met his standards and ours. The workers were fantastic as well and put plastic down so as not to mark up our carpet, dealt with my labrador, all of this while dealing with 100 temps outside and whatever the temperature was in the attic. When it came to the paperwork Kendall was there for us again. He had pre-filled all the papers in for warranty, rebates, and is currently dictating what I should type...(just kidding, but that's the only thing he didn't do for us.) Great company and great guys. I can't wait until this unit breaks in 20 years, I'm calling Cooper Climate Control!
